Leadership Legacy Trip

A group of SLI student leaders traveled to College Station, Texas on October 27, 2018 to visit Texas A&M University and the George HW Bush Presidential Library and Museum. Lucky for SLI, the tour guides for the day were SLI alumni and current Texas Aggies, Will Davila, Kytheranialynn Montez, and Agatha Scales, joined by PAC graduate and current Aggie, Alfredo Mujica. These Alamo Colleges graduates did a great job showing our group the sites and sounds of the Texas A&M campus, sharing amazing traditions, and providing direction (and a lot of patience) for lunch!

Upon our arrival to College Station, the group toured the George HW Bush Presidential Library and Museum to learn more about the former President's leadership experiences and styles and the legacy that he left. The campus tour included many sites of interest for our varied group, including Kyle Field and the Bonfire Memorial.
