SLI on the Move

Earlier in the month, SLI traveled to Austin to tour the state capitol and the Lyndon B. Johnson Library and Museum. During the trip, student leaders discussed the legacy that the state's leaders and LBJ provided for us. ​

From Austin, the group traveled to San Marcos to visit Texas State University, LBJ's Alma Mater. SLI Alumnus, Ron Silva, provided SLI with a tour of the university and transfer information. Maria Moreno, SLI Alumni '17, joined the tour and shared her recent experiences and advice for anyone planning to transfer to Texas State.
